Special: What do you think of the “New” 3DS?

Published January 29, 2015 by Amanda B. Greene

Are you getting one right away? If so, which one? I’m personally waiting until they do other special offers or editions come out plus I need more than one exclusive (Xenoblade Chronicles) to sway me into getting an upgrade. Don’t get me wrong – it looks nice, especially with the added C-Stick and the face-tracking 3D. I will probably buy it eventually when I have enough money. Tell me what you think below.

Also, I have yet to finish my reviews for Pokemon Omega Ruby (3DS) and Captain Toad: Tracker (Wii U). I apologize for taking so long on those, I’ll get around to them soon. Hope you have a great night!

Published January 20, 2015 by Amanda B. Greene

Coming up this spring, Nintendo will shut down its loyalty program, Club Nintendo. You can read the article from GameInformer here. While it is mostly disappointing, considering how Nintendo has been running this service poorly the last few years, but hopefully the new one to be announced will be better.

In February, there will be more rewards to spends your coins on. Plus, as a parting gift, members will be given Flipnote Studio 3D as well. This is it for now, have a nice day!

Speculation On The Upcoming Fire Emblem Game

Published January 18, 2015 by Amanda B. Greene

I’ve been watching the trailer for the new upcoming Fire Emblem game over and over again, noticing more and more things each time. Other fans are doing the same thing, considering that speculation on all fronts has already begun like a forest fire. Thanks to my friends on GI, I got to see an interesting video. It covers a lot of stuff that perhaps wasn’t quite caught yet or thought about before.

GameXplain does a good job of trying to line up the dots and coming up with realistic theories. I can’t wait for more to be released about Fire Emblem, but in the meantime, check this out:

One of the best parts of the Nintendo Direct was the announcement of a new Fire Emblem game. The trailer is beautiful to say the least. Top Ten: Best Nintendo DS And 3DS Games

Published January 16, 2015 by Amanda B. Greene

Both the Nintendo DS and 3DS have fairly great game libraries for you to choose from. I had the original Nintendo DS for a long time until I decided to upgrade to the Nintendo DSi XL, and then after a couple of years I traded those in for a nice-looking blue Nintendo 3DS. So as you can imagine, I’ve built up a collection over the years. I’ll give you some of my recommendations to play during the wait for the big 2015 releases.
