Review: Kid Icarus Uprising

For today, I’ll be revisiting one of my favorite Nintendo 3DS games, Kid Icarus Uprising. It originally came out on March 22nd, 2012, six years ago. While the controls can become painful after playing for too long, this main critique does not take away from what is an otherwise a great adventure. I’ve talked about it in previous articles, saying that it is a must-have for anyone with a 3DS and how there should be a sequel in the future (Not 20 years away though!). “Sorry to keep you waiting!” – Pit

Why Kid Icarus Uprising Should Get A Sequel

The Kid Icarus series didn’t see the light of day for twenty years till Kid Icarus Uprising came out in 2012. Now it’s 2016 and Nintendo hasn’t done anything since besides including¬†Dark Pit and Palutena as new playable characters in¬†Super Smash Bros. for Wii U and 3DS which released in 2014. While Kid Icarus Uprising wasn’t perfect, I think it’s one of the best 3DS games. Pit would be great to include in the initial lineup of titles for the “NX” when it arrives for many reasons.
