Super Smash Bros. Ultimate is probably one of the most hyped-up video games in history with all the videos and announcements leading up to its release, years in the making. And there’s a good reason for that. It’s a fighting game that makes for one of the largest gaming crossovers ever, bringing back every character they’ve had from previous Super Smash Bros. titles while adding new fighters. Here, I’ll be going through my first impressions, talking about everything Ultimate has to offer.

Fire Emblem Heroes – Book III Is Here!

Published December 11, 2018 by Amanda B. Greene

Maintenance is still in progress, but it’ll be done in a few hours. Fire Emblem Heroes has just announced and received a big update, numbered 3.0. There are new characters called “Mythic Heroes” (separate from “Legendary Heroes”), four additional elements/seasons (Light, Dark, Astra, and Anima), the introduction cinematic and the first two chapters of Book III, tickets, and more coming soon like beast units (starting with Tibarn). If you haven’t seen it yet, you can see the whole Feh Channel video by clicking here.

I’m excited for what is going to happen next in the story as it’s very different and darker than what they’ve done before for Fire Emblem Heroes. What do you think of it? What are you looking forward to most?

Update For All About Video Games!

Published December 11, 2018 by Amanda B. Greene

As of December 8th, I finally have a Nintendo Switch! My parents were generous enough to get one for me and let me have it early for Christmas. The games I’ve bought so far are Pokemon Let’s Go Eevee and Super Smash Bros. Ultimate. I’ll be writing about those soon as well as catch up on what I’ve planned on doing.

I hope all of you are doing well. I’ll be trying to post more on a regular basis starting now. I’ve been going through difficult times with a lot going on lately, but I still want to create gaming content for all of you to enjoy. Have a great day!

After playing through all of the main story, raids, and faculty events so far, I think this is a good time to write a review. Dragalia Lost is a decent mobile game if you can get past the repetition as it has its own original charm. However, there are several problems they need to address.

If you have probably seen or heard about already, Nintendo released the last Direct for Super Smash Bros. Ultimate on November 1st that was packed with tons of information within 40 minutes. Even if you know the summary of events, I still encourage you to watch it by clicking here. I’ll be talking about some of my thoughts as I’m hyped more now than ever for this game. *This was originally meant to be published weeks earlier, so apologies for that.*

Halloween Has Arrived In Fire Emblem Heroes!

Published October 8, 2018 by Amanda B. Greene

If you haven’t heard already, Fire Emblem Heroes will have a new Halloween banner released soon, starring Mia, Kagero, Niles, and Mrryh! Dorcas the Pumpkin Smasher will also appear as a Tempest Trial reward, though there is no artwork shown yet for him. Happy early Halloween! Here is the link to the trailer right here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lVwORh9BwHk. Personally, Mia and Mrryh are the best of the group.

If you’re not interested in them, there are a lot of banners going on right now and the first Halloween banner, featuring Nowi, Henry, Sakura, and Jakob, will likely come back as the other seasonal banners have returned from last year. Lots of armored units that score high in the arena!

If you’re unsure about summoning, I’d suggest checking out Pheonixmaster1’s YouTube channel for his first impressions and stat predictions. Have a great day!

First Impressions: Dragalia Lost

Published September 28, 2018 by Amanda B. Greene

Dragalia Lost is a new mobile game from Nintendo that released yesterday. I’ve played the first few chapters by myself after going through the large and small downloads up front. It has potential to be a great amount of fun, especially with the co-op multiplayer, but there is a lot of information and mechanics thrown at you in the beginning to create a learning curve of sorts with all the menus and options. Ready to form a pact?
