Today, I’ll cover some potentially great characters from the F-Zero, Earthbound, Fire Emblem, Mr. Game & Watch, Kid Icarus, and Wario franchises that could be in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate. I started this series because of my excitement for all the DLC coming throughout last year and in the future and while each will likely be from a series not represented yet, I thought it’d be fun to go through the rest anyways. Please come check out Part 1 and Part 2 if you haven’t yet and let’s get started.

If you haven’t ready, be sure to check out Part 1 of this series to read my predictions and choices for the Mario, Donkey Kong, and The Legend of Zelda franchises. Now, I’ll be talking about characters from the Metroid, Yoshi, Kirby, Star Fox, and Pokemon series! Recently, E3 just revealed the “Hero” from the Dragon Quest series as well as Banjo-Kazooie – two fighters announced in one day with great trailers – which means there are only two spots left for the season pass!

Here, I’ll talk more about characters I’d love to see in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate as well as predict who will most likely will get in by series. I’ve already done something like this a little while ago, but this series will be much longer and in-depth rather than a causal discussion. Joker from Persona 5 came out on April 17th, so there are four more slots open. Everyone is not quite here yet.

Even though it’s been four months since Super Smash Bros. Ultimate came out (December 7th, 2018), I still wanted to write a review for this amazing game (You can check out my first impressions here.). I mainly waited till I finished the Adventure mode, World of Light. I won’t be able to talk about any of the online features since my internet connection is not good enough for online gaming, but I still have a lot to say and I hope this will be useful to you if you’re still deciding on whether or not to pick up Ultimate. Let’s get started!

Joker from the Persona 5 will probably arrive soon as the first part of the season pass for Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, a platforming fighting game that is considered one of the biggest crossovers ever. So, I wanted to give my guesses and hopes for his potential moveset, as well as the stage and music he’ll steal for us. Are you ready?

Super Smash Bros. Ultimate is probably one of the most hyped-up video games in history with all the videos and announcements leading up to its release, years in the making. And there’s a good reason for that. It’s a fighting game that makes for one of the largest gaming crossovers ever, bringing back every character they’ve had from previous Super Smash Bros. titles while adding new fighters. Here, I’ll be going through my first impressions, talking about everything Ultimate has to offer.

If you have probably seen or heard about already, Nintendo released the last Direct for Super Smash Bros. Ultimate on November 1st that was packed with tons of information within 40 minutes. Even if you know the summary of events, I still encourage you to watch it by clicking here. I’ll be talking about some of my thoughts as I’m hyped more now than ever for this game. *This was originally meant to be published weeks earlier, so apologies for that.*

Super Smash Bros. 5 is rumored to be an entirely new game for the Nintendo Switch, and if that is true, I hope we get to see many of the changes and improvements and perhaps start seeing character reveal trailers to fuel the hype train all over again. We already know that the Inklings will join in on the fight, but who else will smash their way in? GameInformer has already done their suggestions among many others, so why not add to the conversation? Here are a few of my character ideas…

Hey guys, I know it’s been a long time since I’ve last blogged on here and I apologize for that. Anyways, yesterday Nintendo had their final Direct for Super Smash Bros. and it was shocking and awesome! New fighters, Corrin and Bayonetta, were announced and are to be released sometime in February. There was also more information on Cloud and his stage and he is available right now. And who could forget about new Mii Fighter costumes?
I’m a huge fan of Fire Emblem and I also enjoyed Bayonetta 1 and 2, so I’m more than excited to eventually play them both. What did you think of the video? You can listen to the GameXplain discussion of it here. To check out the artwork for the new characters from the official Super Smash Bros. website… Continue reading “Last Super Smash Bros. Direct Recap!”
When the Miiverse stage came out for Super Smash Bros., I was excited to see some cool drawings. And while there are some great ones, most of them are either “I like [insert character’s name here]” or inappropriate pictures. So, right away I challenged myself to do at least one drawing for each character in the roster. I think I’m doing good so far, please let me know what you think. I’ll keep the list updated.
[Update: 12/27] More fighters to do: Cloud, Corrin, and Bayonetta
[Update: 10/17] Added Marth.
[Update: 8/28] Added Bowser.
If you wish to see the list of characters left to do and all the pictures so far… Continue reading “Special: My Miiverse Mission”
